Hi there! This is me, well the me from March 2012.
This was the fittest I had ever been in my life. I had been on a 22 month journey and had lost over 130 lbs. I was doing CrossFit and running. I ate clean, healthy food. I mean look at me... I was a beast!

As you can see there have been some changes. I went through some of life's wonderful challenges, injuries that took me out of CrossFit and running, losing my job and a death in the family. I tried to keep my healthy lifestyle but unfortunately I started making poor food choices. I did stay active though, which probably kept me from ballooning up to where I started. Through the struggles I found a new passion, AquaFit. It's not just for old ladies! After taking classes for a couple of months, I decided that I wanted to become an instructor. So I got certified and I got some classes.
I realized that I needed to start down a new healthy life style path. I joined Weight Watchers and along with teaching my classes each week I try to get at least 3 days of resistance training and cardio, This is my journey to get back to fit! I also decided to start this blog to help show that you can be active and enjoy life at any size. You shouldn't let your size or any other other limitations hold you back. I hope you will join me on this journey!
