Afternoon everyone! Glad to see that you fabulous people are checking out my blog. Thank you so much for your support.
Well it's another week. And it's been kind of a crazy one at that. I've been dealing with the moths as the fly out of my wallet and wondering how the heck I can get the dollar bills to stay in there. I'm sure most will agree with me when I say there never seems to be enough of the green stuff. Grrr... I am hoping to get on at a couple of other gyms in the area which would definitely help. And I have been tossing around the idea of offering my services as a personal assistant. Ya know, go to the store for people, pick up the cleaning, help out with party prep, those kind of things. If you happen to need services like this or know of someone that could use my help, please let me know!
About a month or so ago one of the ladies that takes my class said that I should post a video on YouTube since as she said "I'm a hoot and half to watch" when I teach. I thought this could be fun a fun little addition to my blog and help generate a larger attendance at class. Unfortunately do to liabilities, I found out that I can't shoot videos at the gyms. I was pretty bummed. Oh well I guess I will have to put my YouTube career on hold for a little bit till I can find, or figure out another option.
So last week I was talking about Depeche Mode's "A Pain That I'm Used To" and I got thinking (yeah, I know that's a dangerous thing) I should do a song, or maybe two, a week. The reason that I say two is I have had two songs that I have been crazy about the last couple of days. One is the infectious Mark Ronson's "Uptown Funk" featuring Bruno Mars. It's an awesome song that I love to use in my classes! The other song is Sia's "Chandelier" the piano version. LUHVA this song. The original version is beautiful and sad (especially the video with the fabulous Maddie Zeigler) but the piano version takes it to a whole new level. And I will admit to dancing around the house doing my best Maddie impression. Although I do have to say that I probably look more like Jim Carey during his skit on SNL.
So there you have it. Here's to another week of fabulousness and SMILES!!
